  1. Bake frozen Sea Cuisine Mediterranean Glazed Haddock Portions in a preheated oven, according to package instructions. After baking, slice each portion into 3 strips.
  2. Sauté onions and peppers in olive oil. Add parsley and smoked paprika and season to taste.
  3. Assemble tacos by laying tortillas flat on plates. Add lettuce, peppers and onions. Finish each with a prepared haddock strip and top with tomatoes.

Serves 24 (3 tacos per serving).
