A Seafood Twist on A Classic Dish - Crispy Tilapia Parmesan Recipe!

6 x 5 – 6 oz pieces Upper Crust™ Parmesan Crusted Tilapia with Tuscan Herbs (Product Code 8413)
1 cup prepared marinara sauce
½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
4 ½ cups linguini pasta, cooked
½ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp basil, chiffonade
- Deep fry Upper Crust™ Parmesan Crusted Tilapia at 350°F for 3 minutes or until top crust is golden.
- Top each fillet with marinara sauce and cheese, and bake at 375°F for 5 minutes or until done.
- In a large pan sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil. Add refreshed linguini and remaining ingredients. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
- Plate Tilapia Parmesan on a bed of linguini and garnish.
