A Taste of Tuscany with Tilapia Crusted Parmesan

HOW TO PREPARE
Deep fry the fillet. Spread tomato sauce over fillet. Add grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the oven and serve on your favorite pasta, with fresh roasted garden cherry tomatoes. A garnish of Basil to complete the dish.
