4 mini baguettes

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sriracha sauce

¾ cup red cabbage, shaved

¼ cup sweet chili sauce

1 cup mixed pickled vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, onions, cauliflower)

8 sprigs of fresh coriander
