1 x 2 - 4 oz frozen Battercrisp® Natural Cut Haddock fillet (Product Code 5442)

1 cup romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces

1 cup baby kale

2 tbsp prepared Caesar dressing

1 tbsp croutons

1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shaved

¼ avocado, sliced

Anchovies for garnish (optional)

Lemon zest for garnish (optional)

  1. Cook frozen Battercrisp® Natural Cut Haddock fillet, according to package instructions.
  2. Toss romaine lettuce and baby kale with Caesar dressing.
