  • 6 slices (1/2 slice per fillet) dark or marble rye bread

  • raw beets
  • medium-cooked eggs
  • curried mayonnaise

Method

1) Bake fish according to package directions.

2) Serve one piece of fish on rye bread, as an open-faced sandwich. Top as desired.
