Alaska Wild Fish Tacos with Ranchamole Drizzle

Alaska Wild Fish Tacos with Ranchamole Drizzle

Guacamole and ranch dressing combine to make what we are dubbing “Ranchamole.” It’s creative and cost effective, as the buttermilk in the ranch dressing helps keep the guacamole from oxidizing. The ranch dressing also helps adjust the viscosity of the guacamole so it can be placed in a squeeze bottle and drizzled over your fish taco creations. A great shareable or appetizer for your customers.
