Maple Mustard Salmon

Salmon is so versatile and popular, it’s a go-to ingredient for any menu. This is a classic recipe, built for the masses. Sweet maple syrup and tangy mustard add bold flavour to the fish. Serve with roasted vegetables for a hearty, comforting meal.

  • 1.4-1.8 kg Atlantic Salmon, Skin-on, Boneless, D Trim IVP (product #3490)
  • 45 ml rock salt
  • 237 ml maple syrup
  • 79 ml whole grain mustard


  1. Place salmon on a large baking sheet. Mix together salt, syrup and mustard. Coat presentation side of salmon with the mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

  2. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until fish is cooked to your liking.

  3. Garnish salmon with parsley, and lemon and tangerine rounds. Serve with roasted vegetables.
