Seafood is often overlooked as a protein at breakfast due to its higher cost and difficulty to prepare. This Smokey Applewood Salmon recipe should help to change that. By using our Fire Roasters™ Smokey Applewood Salmon from frozen we were able to virtually eliminate waste. Due to its smoked flavour profile, you can sub it in for traditionally used cold smoked salmon at virtually half the cost!
