Brunch Eggs with Smoked Salmon

Try this delicious spin on traditional brunch scrambled eggs.

  • 150 g High Liner Signature Smoked Salmon,#5870, thawed
  • 8 large eggs
  • 125 g cream cheese, room temp, cut in cubes of 1,27 cm (1/2 inch)
  • 125 mL green onions
  • 25 mL fresh dill, chopped
  • 40 mL butter
  • dill spring for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add Smoked Salmon, cream cheese cubes, green onions and dill. Salt and pepper and combine all ingredients.
  2. Melt the butter on medium heat in a large non-stick frying pan. Add the mix gently mix for approximately 4 mins or until the eggs begin to come together but still appear moist.
  3. Plate and garnish with dill.
